AMIC Global Inc. (“AMIC”) Terms and Conditions
By purchasing products from www.amic-direct.com, you agree to be bound by and accept the Terms and Conditions listed herein.
Orders & Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
MasterCard
Visa
American Express.
AMIC automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in Illinois.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify AMIC’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of AMIC’s offer to sell. AMIC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by AMIC upon shipment of products.
Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier.
All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) may require additional verifications or information before acceptance.
Shipping
Customer selects their desired shipping method and insurance options at the time of checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Express Mail
UPS Ground
UPS Air.
Signature confirmation is required on all shipments.
Returns
AMIC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the date of sale you may return it for an exchange or full refund (minus shipping charges) once all of the following conditions are met:
- You send an email to returns@amic-direct.com with the following information
- Your Name
- Company
- Address
- Phone #
- Order #
- Item and quantity
- Reason for return
- Once your email containing all necessary information is received, we will send you an RMA # and shipping instructions.
- The returned product must be packaged in the original factory packaging. Items originally shipped in factory sealed plastic bags must be returned in the original factory sealed plastic bags in order to be accepted for a refund. Please include the RMA # on your shipping label (not on the factory packaging).
- Once your return is received, inspected to meet the above conditions and accepted, a refund shall be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
Limitation of Liability
AMIC DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. AMIC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR STATUTORY DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, AMIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois as those laws are applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in Illinois, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state or federal court in Cook County, Illinois, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
